While many women struggle with food and body image, each journey is deeply personal. Your thoughts, beliefs, and emotions shape your perspective on food and your body, and these challenges can span a short time or a lifetime. I have faced similar battles; from a young age, I struggled with body image and yearned for acceptance. By the age of 12, I turned to bulimia to cope, lose weight, and fit in. Throughout my life, I spiraled in and out of bulimia, anorexia, disordered eating, compulsive exercise and binge drinking. Though we share similar struggles, our stories are unique. That’s why I work closely with you to understand your unique story, and the specific mindsets standing between you and the peace you seek.
I recognize the vulnerability that comes with the desire to change, especially when letting go of the safety and security you’ve relied on. I’ve been there too. With a heavy heart, I stepped away from helping women with weight loss because I realized I wasn’t in a good place mentally, physically, or emotionally. The obsession with controlling my body size had consumed my life, and I knew I needed to take a step back to find the healing I desired. It became clear to me that weight loss and diets were not the healthy solutions they seemed to be.

You’ll gain the tools to feel empowered and confident in your food choices, learning to trust yourself to know what’s best for you and your body. Together, we’ll develop strategies to break free from restrictive eating and binge patterns, while also addressing emotions in healthier ways.
As you cultivate new beliefs about your body, you’ll free yourself from the pressures of societal standards. Reconnecting with your true self will enable you to redefine beauty on your own terms, creating a sustainable lifestyle that nurtures your physical, spiritual, mental, and emotional well-being. You will be free from diets, body image pressures, and extremes.
