Our goal together is body neutrality. Body neutrality shifts the focus from how your body looks to what it can do, promoting functionality over aesthetics. Through my Body Image Training and Certification, I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you learn how to accept your body, and free yourself from the pressures of conforming to body image ideals. This approach allows you to cultivate a deeper sense of self-acceptance and compassion for your body, enabling you to experience true freedom and peace with yourself.
