Welcome to The Jen Harris LLC. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms
   By using our website and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.
2. Services
   The Jen Harris LLC offers non-diet coaching services aimed at helping women improve their relationship with food, exercise, body image and alcohol. The specifics of these services will be outlined in individual coaching agreements.
3. Eligibility
   To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. By using our services, you represent that you meet these requirements.
4. Client Responsibilities
   You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the coaching process and to engage actively in the services offered. You are responsible for your own decisions and results.
5. Payment Terms
   Payments for coaching services must be made in accordance with the agreed-upon schedule. We accept the following payment methods: debit and credit cards. All fees are non-refundable.
6. Cancellation and Rescheduling of Appointments
   You may cancel or reschedule your appointments with Jen Harris with at least 24 hours’ notice. Please note that cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will not be eligible for rescheduling.
7. Refunds and Program Commitment Policy
   This program is for women who are serious about improving their relationship with food, exercise, body image, alcohol and themselves. All decisions regarding program commitment are final. Refunds will not be issued for missed appointments, cancellations, or for any reason after program commitment.
8. Confidentiality
   All information shared during coaching sessions is confidential. We will not disclose your personal information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
9. Limitation of Liability
   The Jen Harris LLC is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. You acknowledge that you are responsible for your own well-being and decisions.
10. Modifications to Terms
    The Jen Harris LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
11. Governing Law
    These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Michigan. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Kent County.
